shipping Methods and Costs:

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Times

Our wreaths are made to order, and we strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our wreaths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Our wreaths are shipped in sturdy boxes and packing materials to prevent damage during shipping.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for returned items. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by shipping carriers.
